Description

As a member of CIBC’s Chat & Social Media Contact Centre, the Chat Specialist, will play a key part in supporting the Contact Centre strategic objectives along with other lines of businesses such as Telephone Banking & Credit Card Services. You’ll ensure an optimal client experience when using our online and mobile banking channels. You’ll be responding to customer inquiries, complaints, guidance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace (ie. in a room or office with a door that closes)
  • Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps)

Customer Service Representative, Contact Centre

Location: Toronto, ON

Description

As a member of the Investor Services Inc (ISI) team, you’ll be the first point of contact for ISI clients (including Investors Edge), via phone and online channel. Identity Theft Representative

Location: Montreal, Quebec or Remote

Description

You’ll work in the Fraud Credit and Debit cards Contact Centre team. As an Fraud Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of service to both External and Internal customers consistent with CIBC’s vision of winning customer loyalty through service excellence. You’ll use extensive analytical ability, resolve all complex or difficult problems relating to Fraud Applications, Account Takeovers, Convenience Cheques, and Payments referred by other areas of CIBC or other external sources as well as from our monitoring systems.

Please note that the start date is January 15th, 2024 and it’s a full time Overnight permanent position. A quick note on your availability – our Contact Centre is open Monday to Sunday, Midnight to 8:00 am. We’d like for you to be flexible between these hours.

The primary role of the Senior Credit Specialist is to provide guidance and support to the Credit Service Specialists, management team and various CIBC partners on escalated complex credit issues including support to Cards Call Center and Banking Centres.  The job requires an extensive working experience in a credit-lending environment.
