There are a lot of things:

  • Meal boxes 
  • Banking
  • Streaming services
  • Birthday gifts
  • Credit score check and monitoring services
  • Tax filing
  • Investing
  • Second-hand furniture and clothes 
  • Roadside assistance
  • Beauty samples
  • Newspapers
  • Books and courses

A Google search is all you need for each of them using the initial “free”. You may need to add your location to get some of the results. E.g: “free birthday freebies in Toronto”. You can navigate to the “freebies” section on My Wealth Experience blog for easy access.
