Ontario Resident Sues Pfizer for $35.6 Million Over Son’s COVID-19 Vaccine-Related Death

An Ontario resident Dan Hartman sues Pfizer for $35.6 Million following his son’s death after taking a COVID-19 vaccine.

Dan alleges that Sean Hartman passed away 33 days after his vaccination. The lawsuit claims that Sean Hartman’s death resulted from the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, despite being a healthy individual with no underlying conditions.

The legal action was initiated after Dan was denied compensation from the Vaccine Injury Support Program, even though Sean died shortly after vaccination.

According to American pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole, Sean’s tissues revealed spike protein in his adrenal glands, which could have affected his blood pressure and contributed to his death.

Dan’s lawsuit accuses Pfizer of breaching its duty of care to Sean by not accurately informing him of the vaccine’s risks, misrepresenting safety trial results, and failing to disclose potential side effects, such as myocarditis and pericarditis.

The lawsuit also asserts that Pfizer improperly distributed the vaccine and concealed severe possible risks and outcomes associated with its administration, including death.

Dan is seeking damages, including specialized damages to be determined later, as well as prejudgment and post-judgment interest. It alleges negligence on Pfizer’s part and holds the company responsible for Sean Hartman’s wrongful death.
